The Ottawa Conference and Event Centre utilizes Exquisite Waiter Services for all of its server, setup, bartending and kitchen staffing requirements.  As one of the larger conference facilities in the Ottawa area, we have struggled in the past to adequately and reliably staff during our busiest seasons, as well as with some of our larger conferences.  Thankfully with EWS, we no longer have any issues with staffing.  What impresses me most with EWS was not only the level of skill and professionalism from the staff, but their willingness to learn and assist with all manners of tasks assigned to them.  Whether we require 3 or 30 staff on a single day, we know we will have punctual, reliable, skilled and hard working staff at our facility.
